VISION: “Let all that you do be done in love’ 1 Corinthians 16:14
VALUES: “Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, forbearance, gentleness, self-control” Galatians 5:22
Vision Statement
Our vision, ‘Let all that you do be done in love’ was borne out of our long-standing ethos and values. ‘The Fruits of the Spirit’ are our values which underpin this vision and are central to the way it is lived out. In living out our vision, we teach our children to love themselves, love others, love learning and love the world which our loving God created for us.
It is a golden thread, at the heart of everything we do and is woven into the life of our school and developed through the curriculum and enrichments that we offer. We live out our vision, through the example of Jesus as we encourage and support each other.
We are a community in which we are all different but woven together, belonging and creating something beautiful. We value all faiths, beliefs and cultures. We believe that every child and adult has God-given potential. We hold a passionate belief in enabling all to flourish regardless of the disadvantages they may face.

At The Minster Nursery and Infant School we aspire to a culture that is responsive to the needs and diversity of the children in our community. Our commitment to inclusion ensures the entitlement of all our children to a broad and balanced, relevant and stimulating curriculum, which is delivered in an environment that will have the greatest impact on their learning and provides the resources to enable this to happen.
