Year 1 have had a lovely week! To celebrate British Science Week, year 1 created birds nests, experimenting with natural materials to discover what would make the best one.

In maths, Year 1 worked with partners to use counters and whiteboards to help them calculate repeated addition sums. Through working with their peers and using hands on manipulatives, they are now repeated addition superstars!
